What I do
I work across the full digital journey: understanding the business problem, shaping the user experience, selecting the right platform, building the website and managing what happens after launch. I am not tied to one website builder or technology.
I help turn unclear ideas, underperforming websites and complex services into focused digital propositions with a clear audience, purpose and commercial direction.
I create structured, responsive and visually distinctive websites that make information easier to understand and guide users towards the right next action.
I choose and work with the platform that best suits the project rather than forcing every business into the same system. This includes visual website builders, content management systems, e-commerce platforms and custom web applications.
I stay involved beyond launch, improving performance, managing content, solving technical issues and helping the website continue to support the business.
The technology should fit the project—not the other way around. The result is a clear, useful and commercially focused digital platform.

A privacy-first care technology platform requiring clear positioning, stakeholder communication, pilot-programme design, visual storytelling and ongoing website development.
A software marketplace combining e-commerce, Cloudflare R2 delivery, custom WordPress functionality, catalogue workflows and ongoing technical operations.
A distinctive novelty-products brand developed across website, product imagery, eBay listings, customer journeys and ongoing digital merchandising.
A highly visual online store with custom product grids, responsive customer journeys, account templates, performance improvements and a distinctive interface system.
These are working project summaries. The final portfolio will use genuine website screenshots and dedicated case-study sections showing the brief, constraints, decisions, platform, build process and outcome.
How I work
Good digital work is not just about making pages look polished. It requires understanding the organisation, making deliberate UX decisions, choosing the right technology and building something that can be managed effectively after launch.
I start by understanding the business, the audience, the problem and the practical constraints around the project.
I organise the content and customer journey so that information is easy to follow and every page has a clear purpose.
I translate the strategy into a responsive visual system that supports the content, brand and intended user behaviour.
I select and work with the platform that best fits the project, rather than forcing every organisation into the same system.
After launch, I continue refining the website through testing, content updates, performance work and operational management.
